The Institute for Educational Volunteer Programs (IEVP) was formed  in 2013 by Don and Melissa Cash to support the work that was already being performed by themselves and several other volunteers donating their weekends to teach free English Language Classes.  What began as only three classes a week, has now expanded to 35 classes being taught a week and over 750 students and their families being served per year.  IEVP's mission is, "To give willing adults the opportunity to improve their quality of life for generations to come through progressive adult education programs in the State of Tennessee."
